- requested page or file;
- referrer URL;
- browser, device, and operating-system information; and

The website is hosted by:
Webflow, Inc. 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States.
Webflow processes website-visitor data on our behalf. Webflow stores customer and end-user data in the United States and uses subprocessors to provide its service. 3. Fonts and website scriptsVerdo self-hosts the fonts used by this website.
This prevents a visitor's browser from contacting Google solely to load fonts.
The site uses interface scripts provided through our hosting platform, Webflow, to deliver navigation, accordions, and visual interactions. These scripts are served as part of the website itself; no separate third-party content-delivery network is contacted to load fonts or scripts.
4. Contact by email or telephone
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide, such as your name, business contact details, company, role, message, and communication metadata.
We use this information to respond to your request, continue the business conversation, and document relevant correspondence.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication concerns steps at your request before entering into a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in business communication and relationship management.
Legal retention obligations may additionally apply under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
We generally retain ordinary inquiries for 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless the communication becomes part of a contractual relationship, must be retained for longer by law, or is needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We use business email, calendar, and video-conferencing providers to manage communications and meetings. These providers process contact and communication data as necessary to provide their services.
5. Booking a product conversation through Cal.comThe website links to a Verdo booking page for Jack McGrath operated by
Cal.com, Inc.

Cal.com only after you follow the external link.
When you book a meeting, Cal.com and Verdo process the information you submit and related scheduling data. Depending on the booking configuration, this may include your name, business email address, company, time zone, selected time, meeting notes, and technical or usage data generated by the booking service.
Verdo uses this information to schedule and conduct the requested meeting and to follow up on your inquiry.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps taken at your request before a possible contract and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for efficient B2B scheduling and communication. Cal.com describes processing in the United States and the service providers it uses in its privacy notice.
